    I read your note.

    I read every email myself, usually within a few days of it arriving.

  2. Two

    We get on a call.

    We talk for about thirty minutes, with no pitch and no agenda, and we see if we are a fit.

  3. Three

    I confirm your date.

    Once we are aligned I lock the date and send the contract over.

  4. Four

    The work begins.

    A real conversation, a custom script, and the rest of what goes into a ceremony you will actually remember.

Before you write

Three things couples ask first.

  • How far in advance should we inquire?

    Earlier is better. Most NYC weddings book six to twelve months out. I take a limited number of dates per month, and prime fall and spring Saturdays go first. If your date is sooner, write anyway, sometimes a Saturday opens up.

  • What does it cost?

    Wedding ceremonies in NYC start at $1,500. Elopements and vow renewals are priced separately, usually below that. Destination ceremonies are quoted with travel and lodging on top. After our first conversation I send a custom quote that lays it all out.

  • What if we don't know what we want yet?

    That is most couples on the first call. We figure it out together on the call, and the questions I ask are how we get there. You do not need to show up with anything decided.
